Tube preamp vs. DAC-ADC loop listening test

Can you hear a difference between the tube preamp and direct DAC-ADC loop (Topping D10s - E1DA Cosmos ADC)? The files are here:

They both sound equally unpleasant to me. Don't have a computer so just used lgv30 with he400se non blind. No difference I can't write off as placebo.
