Speakers for the living room and terrace

Greeting.
I've been lurking on the forum for a while looking for reviews of the devices I want to buy, but now I'm building a house and I'd like to buy some decent speakers for the living room and patio.

Ideally, it would be two speakers each for the living room and two for the terrace, I am open to other suggestions, they should have bluetooth and be easily connected to TV, mobile phone, etc.
They can be mounted on the ceiling, they can stand, or any other suggestion is welcome

The budget would not be too big, like 200 euros for living room and similar for the terrace.
Perhaps IP68 protection for terrace speakers or waterproof boxes?

Few more euros can be added if it greatly affects the quality.
I would avoid amplifiers, but if necessary, I'm open to that too.

Amir reviewed a few outdoor speakers, but they are passive.
