Have one of these and am highly satisfied. I use the five-band EQ to help the speaker, making no attempt to use the EQ for room correction.

Am somewhat surprised that there are a fair number of them on offer on eBay right now. Maybe people cannot deal with the user interface. I was willing to take the time required to get on top of it.
