The circus at Leptis Magna, Libya our favourite weekend picnic spot for many years.

If I can find the photos of the interior of the hunting baths at Leptis and of the Villa Cyrene will post them. The hunting baths are the only complete ones left in the world. The paintings on the wall looked fresh, after Leptis was sacked and abandoned it was quickly covered in sand. Living in Libya for many years meant we would be let into places like the hunting baths usually kept locked.
