Could the headphone output from this soon-to-ship pocket DAC/DSP/PEQ/headphone amp:

serve as input to a more capable headphone amp? or an analog stereo input for a desktop amplifier?
(That second question is my main concern right now: What would be the (audible) consequences of using such a thing as essentially a variable-level input to a power amp, or line-level input to a preamp, integrated amp, or headphone amp? I do understand it would be a noisy kludge to do that. Thanks for any expert info.)
