New Fosi Audio V3 Mono vs Topping PA5 II vs Topping PA7 (inc. 'Plus' versions)...and Aiyima A70

I bought 5x V3 mono already :) wit 48VDC/5A power supplies...

Find a part of the music that has normal mids energy and around average loudness
Then connect the multimeter to one of the speaker terminals.
This will only work if the meter is a True RMS meter. Many are not.

I checked mine by opening the case and looking at the soldering connections of the internal speaker connectors, additionally by checking the QC label (1) applied to the bottom of the cabinet. because of the foto and dates Fosi Audio announced and, as a last resort, the origin of the units (German Fosi Audio warehouse).
Thus I was pretty sure, that they were delivered with inverted phase.

Excellent and thorough review on the Fosi mono by Archimago. It’s a very good read.

I hope he’ll do a similar review on the Aiyima A70. He already reviewed the Topping PA5II.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the super interesting feed - I think I have personally settled on the V3 Mono's and just have a question of theoretical speaker pairing.
I am planning to use to drive a pair Sonus Faber Lumina V, which is a 4ohm speaker with a sensitivity of 89 dB SPL (2.83V/1m)
It seems super counter intuitive to be able to drive relative large speakers like this with such a physically small amp - So this is just a sanity check.
Another specification they have on their site is to use an amp between 80-300W of undistorted signal.

as the Fosi's are relatively cost effective it opens up for me to buy a decent pre-amp and a dac such as maybe the Schiit Freya+ with tubestage.

Anyway - any comments confirming or questioning my plan greatly appreciated.

Looking at the specs, those speakers should be no challenge at all for the V3 Monos. Very pretty speakers!

Larger speakers are usually easier to drive - those speakers should be fine.
The monos go very well with my balanced stepped relay attenuator which the Freya has. I use one I picked up on ali express ... very pleasant surprise.

Hello, Everybody!
For the floor stand 2.5-way speakers Monitor Audio Bronze BX5 (90db, 8ohm), which one would be better(powerful enough)? PA5II or PA7 (non-plus both)? Room 18 square meters, distance to speakers 2,5-3m. Balanced connection to audio interface Audient iD14 MKII. Casual listening at level from 60-70db to 75-85db at rare party.
Sorry for my bad Eng, it's not my native language.

I'll answer my own question myself. PA5 II is enough for this configuration, more than enough. Maybe it will be useful to someone.
