my pc desktop setup consists of:

Dac: S.m.s.l. su-1

Amp: Fosi audio za3

Head amp: L30 II topping

Speakers: Elac dbr 62

Yamaha active sub

Right now the connections are:

PC
to (usb)
s.m.s.l. su-1
to (input RCA)
L30 II topping
to (Output RCA Topping and XLR on Fosi)
Fosi audio za3
to
speakers and sub

Is this correct or is there a better connection?

Thanks in advance

+1 on Zek. If you don't have any kind of ground loop issue, use the RCA's.

I can do that too sure, is it better or is the same?
As for the volume of the amplifier, it's the same because you can't get the power as if you connected the XLR output to the XLR input.

If there is a problem with the ground loop, it will be difficult to solve it only with an RCA to XLR cable, since there is no XLR output anywhere on the devices in front of the amplifier.
Now that I think about it, you're right. Thanks for pointing that out.
