I just recieved my speakers and hooked them up to the back of my PC motherboard, the high pitch frequency is still there..

I also hooked it up to my behringer DAC and the high pitch frequency is still there. it is very quiet but you can hear it when you put your ears close to the speakers and it is annoying.

Is this normal or do I need to exchange it?

Can you measure that whine with REW? Nothing like that should be coming from your speakers unless there's a fault somewhere.

I think this is a rather common Problem with the 350DB.

Sounds like a problem with the design. If it's really annoying and you can't live with it then return them. Looks like a nice system otherwise.
