Is there a $100 USB DAC+amp that sounds better than a $10 Apple DAC + $90 amp?

How about the 3.5 mm headphone jack on MacBook Air, If I use 3.5 to aux in or 3.5 to RCA Line in to an amp.
Will this 3.5mm provide any output voltage ?

Tanchjim Space I like it better than apple dongle plus A50s. As they sound the same to me while the the combine needs 3 additional cables and far more space. Apple dongle is also so weak that it isn't able to provide normal line level volume using 3.5 to RCA, A50s has to be on high gain.

Note that A50s is $200 and may still be the best measuring $200 amp today.

DDHifi TC44C puts out 120mW, with both SE and Balanced outputs. It's my daily driver for most things.

I actually used one of these things for a couple months and it was quite nice. It can drive a lot of headphones and it sounds very clear.
