I have problem to connect my audio system.

My system is [ Tablet -(usb c to b) - Topping E30 ll lite - topping pa5 II - POLK R200 ]

And I have two tablet one is GALAXY S9 ULTRA, other is GALAXY S5E.

I played music with Spotify in offline. I download music in advance.

My problem is when i connect S5E there is noise like crackle.

And after 30sec ~ 2mins, there is no sound in speaker, but my S5E still running music.

and when i disconnect cable S5E to E 30 ll lite, there is no sound in my S5E too. But still running stream spotify.

So I connect GALAXY S9 ULTRA instead of S5E. There is no issue. And I connect my phone GALAXY A51. there is no issue too.

So I thought My S5E has problem.

But strangely enough When i connect [ S5E - Topping Dx3pro - my headphone(DT900 Pro x) ], there was no problem. there was not Noise, no sound issue.

In the end, I dont know what is the problem.

Does anyone know about this issue? plz someone help me :(

My English skill isn`t so good. thanks to read.!!

The first thing I'd try is disabling any sound related bloatware from the tablet with the issue. If you have something like a sound manager, which is pretty common, simply disable it and you can always reactivate it if that's not the cause. Reboot after to make sure it's not loaded before running a test.

It may be due to the settings of the audio player used on the tablet.

After that issue I reseted tablet. But it was same :(
I`ll check if there is bloatware right after the reset.

can it be cause just S5E has low CPU?

Music playback doesn't take that much power, a lot less than a video so I doubt it's the problem. Static is often caused by some onboard sound application getting in the way. Most of the phones I have include some EQ app or sound enhancer, disable any of that stuff to narrow it down. Easy enough to just enable it again.
