Exactly to both! However, I think you have 30 days to return them. But Pipegear is just an audio store, so either way, if you have long term issues, you would need to go through Hifiman anyway. But since the $423 one is through Hifiman/Amazon, I would suspect it is a safer route. I got my 400se this way, and I've had zero issues with it.
