Good idea? Combining by measurements. Topping D90-SE + Singxer SA-1

Hello dear Community,

I looked up the measurements, and Topping D90-SE and Singxer-SA1 were at the totl in the rankings.
So, if I use the Topping D90-SE as DAC and the Singxer-SA as Amp, I should get the best theoretically?

My headphone is a Focal Utopia. Currently using O2+ODAC Revision A. Priorly had a BabyFace Pro FS but sent it back.
Now I want a new cable for the Focal Utopia that is more flexible and connects through XLR, along of perhaps a new amp/dac.
Is it correct that XLR will give you an audible difference / less problem with the possible interference?
I would get a 3m long cable.
