yes, the thiels were very nice. i sold mine quite some time ago. i know they had a reputation for being bright, but i never thought that to be true.What did you do with those Thiel 3.5? They were amazing speakers for spatial / soundstage resolution and time coherence, iirc. Ever so slightly bright though, but nothing a bit of eq could not remedy.
i've always wanted to try the 3.6's but never have had the opportunity. now, i think i've got too many speakers to take on another set unless it were local and too cheap to refuse...
