The title is meant to be facetious, but the technology is still pretty fascinating. Not sure you'd be able to pull much bass out of one of these though ...

looked nice for VR gaming, small room non intrusive sound reproduction etc. but I doubt the FR accuracy would be anywhere near good... you simply don't get the distortion control with something this flexible and full range, not even secured on one side, so I imaging say hanging a panel in front of the wall would see it wobbling front and back.. also the beaming issue..

All in all it seems great for some applications where space is limited, easy to damage and replace or when sound location is more important than fedility, say FPS VR gaming
