Connecting Topping E50 to Emotiva BasX2

Is it possible to connect a Topping E50 to Emotiva BasX2? Will these complement each other? The input is music playing from a Win 11 laptop with Foobar2000, connected to the Topping via USB. Speakers are Debut Reference.

Currently, I use a Denon PMA 600NE as an amp.

I have a couple of e50s, they'll connect fine with RCA, and have a balanced 1/4 inch RCA as well. There's cables I use that are balanced 1/4 inch to XLR for other amps. It's an excellent DAC and performance on optical is really good too.

Sure. The E50 has RCA outputs and the BasX A2 has RCA inputs:

Will these complement each other?

As well as any neutral DAC and Amp will.

Thanks all for your inputs. Time to sell the Denon and bring home the BasX2 then.
