I'm trying to decide between the Buchardt A10 with the Platin hub, vs. the following setup which is 800 Euro cheaper:
Wiim Pro+ > miniDSP 2X4 HD > Apollon NC502MP > Dynaudio Emit 20 + Buchardt SUB10.

What do you think are the pros and cons for each, except for the wireless functionality?

The A10 def lose on the power aspect, as they feature 200W per speaker, whereas the Apollon boasts 350@8ohm per channel, and the SUB10 has its own amp.
Erin measured max output of 94 db(z) at 1 meter for one A10, so we can safely assume a pair can perform roughly the same from 3 meters away.

I usually listen at 75-80 db(a) and 95-100 db(z). My current setup is Apple TV > Audiolab 8200a > Q Acoustics Concept 50 + SVS SB-1000, placed in a 30 sqm room.

For one, Wiim Pro+ > miniDSP 2X4 HD is not ideal as better sound quality could be had with the basic WiiM Pro->Optical->miniDSP 2X4 HD.

Between the two speaker setups, I'd probably choose the Buchardt.
It has better frequency response and directivity, does not require subwoofer integration, plus having two bass sources will help smooth out the in-room response.

That does not necessarily mean that the A10 is the best option for your money, or that it's universally better than 2.1 setups.

I also have a NC502MP (with Wiim Ultra) but paired with the S300 MKII which do extend quite low (advertised 33hz), but I am about to get the SUB10. Why are you getting rid of the Concept 50? I would love to try those out but currently I do not have room for floorstanders. Maybe in my next apartment I will try Concept 50 + SUB10.

I would stick with the Concept 50 and get the SUB10. If you are going bookshelf I would personally pick something else than the Emit for my mains if you are getting a sub. I like a warmer sound but if im getting all that juicy extension from the SUB10 I do not want my mains to be warm as well, I want a bit more mid/high presence than what the Dynaudios give. But that is ofc a preference question, if you like the sound of the Emits, get the sub. If your concern is ease of use and footprint, then get the A10s. You can always get the SUB10 later and easily add it on to the A10s.

I was also considering selling my amp and Wiim and speakers and getting the A10 with Platin, but I turned that option down because the price is very high. Even the cheapest color of the A10 with the Platin hub is about 1.5k more than my current setup + the SUB10 im getting. That is why I disregarded the A10 for now. After getting the SUB10 I am looking to swap my S300 MKII to something else as I will not need the low extension and will want to try something else out but that will probably be in the fall at the earliest as the SUB10 will cost a pretty penny.

PS. Because I was looking at an "all in one" solution like the A10, but it was too expensive I almost bought the Cabasse Rialto which is over 1k cheaper, but chose to stick with passive speakers for now. I demoed the hell out of the Rialtos and really liked the sound and features and the look but I guess I just could not justify to spend 3k on speakers at that point.
