Dear ASR pros,

I'm an amateur DJ willing to improve my system for garden parties and need some guidance. 95% of time I'm playing electronic (House, Techno) & modern Pop/R&B music.

So far I'm using Hi-Fi class speakers (Magnat Monitor Supreme 2000) together with QSC GX3 amp but I'd like to get a better punch and volume.

Recently I got my hands on a pair of LD Systems Stinger Sub 15 G2 and I'm now looking for an affordable amp to get the best out of them. Subs have 500W RMS power with 8 Ohm impedance but they can go down to 4 Ohm when 120Hz LPF is enabled with the slider.

On the 2nd hand market I see Crown XLS 2002 (2 x 375W @ 8 Ohm / 2 x 650W @ 4 Ohm) at ~€350, or XLS2502 (2 x 440W @ 8 Ohm / 2 x 775W @ 4 Ohm) at ~€400. I read here it's quite a decent bang for the buck. The questions are:
1) Are they powerful enough to drive the subs?
2) If yes, should I better drive it in dual 4 Ohm mode or bridge it? If bridged, can I power both Subs from one amp? What's the best connection and settings (amp has LPF/HPF settings)?
3) Or maybe instead of 1 amp for 2 subs I should go with 2 bridged XLS1002/XLS1502?

Also please advise some tops. Is 10" enough to compliment the 15" subs, or better look for 12"? Ideally I'd like to run these from my existing QSC GX3 (2 x 300W @ 8 Ohm / 2 x 425W @ 4 Ohm). I saw some cheap JBL JRX115 (€120 per box) but afraid they don't match the subs.

Open for suggestions. Thanks!
