What is the (RMS) power output at clipping? Is there a power supply for this too?

the gerbers are two layer gerbers, I do not have one layer for self etching, feel free to make your own or search the internet for one layer gerbers. This is an 11 year old design and a few one layer gerbers exit here and there

around 220 watts into 4 ohms, any suitable +/-42VDC should be fine. These have been build with both switchmode and linear power supplies just fine. There are claims that switching power supplies lack speed but linear power supplies are even harder to get right. Pick a suitable power supply that you like. If linear a 300VA per channel is not overkill but if you already have a 200VA toroid per channel should still work unless your using for subwoofer duty.
