I enjoy the philosophy that is popular here, but I also like some systems that are colored and distorted. It depends on the music, and if I am feeling nostalgic or analytical.
I like transparent headphone amps and DACs from Schiit.
I also like tube headphone amps with Focal Clears and sometimes LCD-Xs.
I like 1970s Marantz receivers with Klipsch speakers, Technics Turntables, Pickering/Stanton cartridges, Nakamichi cassette decks, and Realistic and Panasonic 4 track and 8 track gear, among other things.
I like transparent 2.1 systems.
I like smart whole-house systems.
I probably have 50 pieces of gear, so I won't list them.
