USB C to 3.5mm coaxial for Hiby R2 II -> Chord Mojo 2

I can see the Hiby R2 II can be connected to the Mojo 2's coaxial input via a USB C to 3.5mm coaxial cable. However, the cables I've seen recommended on other sites are either unavailable or quite expensive. Namely, a Cayin or Hiby variant. Appreciate I could use UBC C to C, but I've read elsewhere (I think on here too) that there has been an issue with high volume bursts of noise on the Mojo using this method.

Hi @agobe! Welcome to ASR.

According to the R2 II's User Manual, a special USB-C cable is required to make use of its Coax output:


I very much doubt that the generic cable from Amazon will work here.

Hiby themselves sell the right cable for $20:
