USB C equivalent to Lightening dongle

We all know how well the lightning dongle measures and performs. I just upgraded to an iPhone 15 and now need a USB C dongle. From poking around, people aren’t too thrilled about the Samsung one. And then it’s a huge step up to the headphone amp ones. Anything in between?

just search for CS43131 on Amazon/eBay/AliExpress and get the cheapest one. They all have >110dB SINAD unloaded and no annoying volume quirks on Android or Windows.

Edit: or you could just get the USB-C version of the Apple dongle. A2155 or A2049. The advantage is less battery drain and you can use inline mirophones.
