I’m 99% sure one of my IEMs is wired out of phase (using the standard “in phase/out of phase” sound tests one can find online) but if I want to be 100% sure, it there anything I can do to test it?

Testing IEM phase polarity

If you have a mic, run a sweep from REW on each driver.
You just might see an inverted impulse response on one of them.
(no guarantee, I don't have an IEM, but it works for speakers)
