I guess that is an element of American mindset. Not how we roll in middle of nowhereland,

I live in US, that does not mean I am an American.
And please take out that “American mindset”, there is no such thing. First of all, America is a continent, second the US is a federation of 50 states, and some of them are much more different than any European countries.
