Is it 2x better?
And if not, how much better is it?

Speakers are hardly ever twice as good because they cost twice as much. Diminishing returns and whatnot.

Besides, how can you even quantify "twice as good" when it comes to a speaker?

You can't.

What you CAN do is to compare each individual measurement side by side and see which one has the characteristics you prefer in each case.

Different goals.

Sointuva has narrower directivity for a non fatiguing sound while retaining clarity. It's smaller. It likely has as much or more bass despite size and good compression data. Maybe better imaging focus.

Philharmonic BMR monitor is a larger speaker that aims for very wide dispersion to better represent orchestral works. It may sound very spacious and clear but with the caveat of possibly being brighter sounding without room treatments. Maybe better soundstage "wall of sound"

It would be interesting to compare them however I expect they will sound quite different despite the flat on acid refinery
