new topping DX3 pro - volume control question, etc.

newbie here, just got a Topping DX3 pro V2 hooked to HP pc/windows 10/wireless internet,

have installed DX3's driver

Headphones are Senn HD599SE, listening to qobuz streaming via their desktop app.

Does it make any difference which volume control to use qobuz's vs. pc's vs. Topping?

Is there an ideal volume setting for qubuz and the computer and then leave those alone and only control volume at the DAC??

Whats the difference between wasapi vs. wasapi (exclusive mode) controlled within qobuz desktop app?

under windows sound settings for the Topping under the advanced tab where you can specify the default for sample rate and freq -- what should this be set to?

any other suggested tweaks to the setup

No difference to whichever volume you use.

WASAPI only on Qobuz does not send data as bit-perfect (it still samples everything to what bit and sample rate you set on your windows settings). WASAPI Exclusive is bit-perfect and is preferred.

If you're using WASAPI Exclusive, the setting is not active so setting it to whatever you want does not affect the music playback. If you're just watching YouTube, or Netflix, etc, just set it to the highest setting it offers.
