I like listening to Radio Paradise, but why do they have to play this terrible whiner a zillion tiles every day? If only he could sing, maybe his song wouldn't be that bad.

I'm not a huge fan of Van either, but Snow In San Anselmo is one of my favorite songs. And on a decent system it sounds fabulous.

I do not hate any music or musicans. But there are some music that don’t speak to me. Music which I can’t connect with. Rap is an example. Likewise some extreme forms of metal. As a musican myself I try to understand what I hear in terms of harmony etc. And I try to understand the idea behind the music.

LOL interesting thread. Can't say I bother with any C&W or opera, and little classical. Pop flavor of the day not so much either. Funny about Bob Dylan's voice, it grew on me over the years, same with Neil Young. Then not big into vocalists in any case.

I can tolerate Stairway to Heaven. I would replace it with Paradise by the Dashboard Light. For another one, hearing the words Bye Bye Ms American Pie makes me want to drive a Chevy to the levy and run the heck over the singer.
