I unfortunately do not have the original box for it, but it has never actually been used. It does include the unit, power cable, and 1m usb cable. It seems to have been discontinued, but software and support are still available.

I am asking $100 shipped anywhere in CONUS. Any payment fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you also need a UMIK-1 for measurement purposes, I have one (open-box but unused) which I can sell you at a reasonable price as well.
