Difference Fostex T20RP mk2/mk3

Hi audiophiles
I know the built difference of both ( foam layer on driver, buffle etc.) but the mark2 are much cheaper especially when buying used.
Is there a difference in sound? I am not really interessted in modding the cans after buy.
Prefer the t20 because they should have more base impact

Sorry, never measured/heard/modified the T20RP.
Only the T40 and T50RP.
There can be quite some driver mismatch.
In the time I modded them sometimes I had to swap drivers from one headphone to another to get them to match.
