Hello, here are some budget studio monitors I would love you to review, all 5 inch, in range from 120$-220$ for a pair. They have relatively positive user reviews, but there is a lack of detailed professional reviews out there.

Samson MediaOne M50/M50BT (M50BT has bluetooth and carbon woofer instead of a plastic one like the default model has)
ESI Aktiv 05 (successor of older ESI nEar05)
Behringer K5 (collaboration with the founder of KRK speakers, who apparently said this is his best work yet)

Thanks!

It'd be great to see your reviews of these:

The latest PreSonus Eris Pro coaxial range

KRK 10-3

PreSonus Sceptre S6 and S8

I like this homely vintage look and wonder how this amp will perform in the test.

Edit: Just found out that Erin has already tested it but the test is nowhere near as thorough as Amir's amplifier tests (Erin's test on YT).

Love the look, and DIRAC integrated! They should have stepped up to a more recent class D build. 252 at least.

Bluetooth IEMs and HPs with LDAC support or with Hi-Res lossless codec (Qualcomm S3 and S5 Gen 3) at reasonable price.

I know the attraction of the look and that's kool.
But if very high performance sound is tops on the desired features maybe best to look elsewhere.
With it's plethora of tone controls and DRC options, it most likely will never be listened to in a fully transparent mode anyway.

what’s wrong with tone controls?

AB International amp
Crown PS400/200/Powerline
Van Alstine anything
Under-the-radar things like HK receivers from the 2000s

Ah, don't take it that way, not a damn thing for sure.
I was just taking the angle that I wouldn't worry too much over it's measured performance.
Like AVR's are a few points SINAD while measured in a "direct live", that important after DRC, DEQ, tone controls, channel upverting, etc; start actually being used?
They are all in constant use here.
Just thinkin,
