Hi everyone. Sorry - this may not be geographically available where you live. In the UK, every summer there are Promenade concerts at the Royal Albert Hall. Some are transmitted live on the BBC TV service live. Many more are transmitted as audio only live via the BBC FM/DAB distribution and online Sounds app. This particular concert featured a solo concert on the organ by Anna Lapwood (I recommend searching information about her, because I'm unlikely to do her justice). The sound quality is extraordinary. It's live with only a light-touch of production, so the atmospherics are really rich. If you've only ever heard her play on TikTok or YouTube, you will enjoy the bandwidth and dynamics, which are largely unspoilt.

The concert features:
  • Kristina Arakelyan: Star Fantasy
  • Ghislaine Reece-Trapp: In Paradisum
  • Olivia Belli: Limina Luminis (BBC commission: world premiere)
  • Hans Zimmer trans. Anna Lapwood: Interstellar Suite, Part 1 — Stay
  • Florence Price: Retrospection (An Elf on a Moonbeam)
  • Philip Glass: Mad Rush
  • Hans Zimmer trans. Anna Lapwood: Interstellar Suite, Part 2 — Cornfield Chase
  • Debussy arr. Guilmant: Andantino doucement expressif (3rd movement of String Quartet in G minor)
  • Debussy arr. Anna Lapwood: Clair de Lune (from Suite bergamasque)
  • Hans Zimmer trans. Anna Lapwood: Interstellar Suite, Part 3 — No Time for Caution

That's a good question. The prom itself presumably becomes unavailable to the public, although individual pieces may be played again on other programmes. The fact that the content doesn't stay up for ever suggests there are probably commercial Rights limitations. Some pieces are by long-dead composers but others are from current composers including Hans Zimmer. Also, Anna Lapwood herself has had her midnight sessions commercially released by Sony.
