The financials are eye-opening. Annual revenue never exceeded £700,000 while administrative expenses exceeded £4,000,000 for 2020 and 2021!

Does anyone think Bob Stuart took this much money out of the company?

Wow. So MQA has become another Dolby FM technology. But then, many in the industry thought MQA was a scam.

Master Quality Authenticated is a three part process applied to digital audio music recordings consisting of:

1. Modifying and controlling the end to end digital filter response
2. Preparing the high-quality audio for transfer to a smartphone or audio device using a lossy audio compression format
3. Decompressing the recording for playback.

1. The article doesn't actually say they have declared bankruptcy. It says they are in administration, which is the same as bankruptcy proceedings. Bankruptcy is one potential, but likely outcome of these proceedings.
2. There have been already two threads on MQA in administration. Both were closed. I predict this one will be, too.
