Genelec GLM 4.2.2 problem help needed!

I've recently bought a set comprising 2x 8330 and 1x 7350 with GLM kit and wired volume control.
The set is pre owned and previously registered and I'm having trouble getting GLM to recognise that anything is connected. I've wired everything up as per manual, green lights show on three speakers, orange solid light on GLM module but nothing shows on my laptop to drag into the hexagon grid.
Any help greatly appreciated!

Laptop is an old windows 10 machine btw.

They have manuals and video training in their site. Sounds like you need an initialization/factory reset.
