Luxsin X9 Smart Stereo DAC & Preamp

I love the RME interface, especially since I can control it from my Mac. If the Luxsin X9 had a similar one, it would be unbeatable: it's priced right, performs excellently, has a very sleek design, and has two additional sub outputs.

    High End Munich 2025 - May 15-18

It was just a touch of humor, but you can love absolute neutrality while having the right not to enjoy the sound of a 'SOTA' active speaker. One does not prevent the other; I love the 8Cs, but I prefer my 4367s for the dynamics and SPL that others cannot reproduce, and I'm not crazy about...

You had the courage here to say that you didn't appreciate the Genelecs; worse, you said you prefer passive speakers... Unless you apologize immediately, your trial will begin, and the sentence will be severe!;)

75 years of JBL: 75 years of Loud + Clear!

I don't know if it's a fake, but I think it is, because the positioning of the speakers seems very strange on the EVEREST .

GRIMM Audio LS1c & SB1 DSP Speaker Review

They are not built for studios, however, in the near field (nearfield) I do not expect huge differences with the typical studio monitors. On the other hand, in more distant fields, the imaging and the soundstage are certainly much better with the GRIMM.

GRIMM Audio LS1c & SB1 DSP Speaker Review

According to the Audioxpress article,https://audioxpress.com/article/grimm-audio-building-the-dream GRIMM has a particular philosophy of digital audio processing . "Grimm’s team found that getting the amplitude errors low enough required much more processing power than was available in typical...

Oh, sorry, but I think there was a misunderstanding with DSJR. Or rather, my translator misled me... I was talking about the proliferation of cable supports in audio shows... He, it seems, was talking about absorber supports for speakers .

By the way, will there ever be a rational explanation for this kind of phenomenon that multiplies during these kinds of events? I would like to know who started this grotesque and ridiculous trend... Unfortunately, I noticed it in the photos of the JBL booth, which generally doesn't go for the...

75 years of JBL: 75 years of Loud + Clear!

Besides the fact that it is much more expensive to manufacture and that marketing delights in it, one day someone will have to explain to me the overwhelming, undeniable, obvious superiority of beryllium for people who, for the most part, can no longer hear or perceive anything above 12 kHz. Can...

Should we correct to Schroder, or full range?

Can you do it? Listen in mono and adjust the tone from there. Ideally, use a good reference track like 'Fast Car' by Tracy Chapman, which has a very good spectral balance (the best, just after pink noise). If you can distinguish the bass notes and the kick without the vocals covering them, and...
