Tested it right now a few days and the problem still exists for me. Connection cut off, i see DAC active, but no sound. Only power plug in and plug out solve the problem for me... This is really annoying, because i want to use this DAC for watching TV...

I had the same problem and need to test longer if the problem is fixed now. But perhabs something in this thread can help you...

For me, i have a similiar problem. I use this DAC for my HTPC and it is running a few hours a day. But also when this HTPC is active, DAC sometimes stopped working. In control panel i see the DAC and everything seems good, but no sound. Only unplug power and plug it again, brings the sound back...

Tried it right now, working without any problems. Hardware control also works for my model :) Is the only difference for new batch, that they have no logo? Thank you

I buyed my device beginning of may. So can i flash this firmware or is it only suitable for devices of new batch?

Does it mean each shipped DAC doesnt have the hump problem? Or can i see in serial number if my device has hump correction already?

Right now i am trying to use a DSP. So HTPC, Soncoz LA-QXD1 and this software https://www.audiovero.de/acourate.php for DSP. With this software you can also do a active crossover... Need 1-2 more weeks to setup everything and can post my experience. If you want do this with 8 channels, you can...
