It is. This was at the SAC Museum outside Omaha a few years back. It's interesting as a museum as there's unusually little separating you from the exhibits, to the point where you can crawl in bomb bays etc.
There's a door in the museum labeled something like 'this way to B-1B' that lets you out into a back lot, which has the Vulcan...
... along with other odds and ends, like piles of miscellaneous jet and rocket engines ...
... a hydrogen bomb ...
... and the aforementioned B-1.
The inside of the museum proper also has all kinds of cool stuff.
