I’m back to two wheels. It’s been a few years since my last ride.

My new baby is in for a new front tire then I’m set.

I woulda thunk that this thread would have gotten better traction by now, compared with "show us your cars" and show us your bikes" kinda threads.:(

This was my last steed before being taken out by a 21 year-old pickup driver making a left turn... I was traveling at ~30mph, w/high beams on!
You cannot ever account for inattentive cagers... I was forced to give up the hobby after $85k worth of surgeries.

BMW R1100S (I have babied it and still looks like new)
I also had a Yellow-banana but it was a K1200S, even the wheels were all yellow!:)
I had bought it (sight-unseen) from a Connecticut BMW dealer and had it shipped (free of charge) to SoCal.
Only because the local dealer (that I was a 20 year customer of) refused to negotiate.
It had allowed me to save a few thousand bucks and rub my dealer's nose in it... when service time came.:D

Welllll, because the gas tankS are not where you'd think they are... and why do I tell you that?
I'd rather have the Cg a bit higher (add ~32lbs. to dry-weight of 442 lbs but 20 inches lower now @axle line) rather than watch the bike go up in a ball of flame and melted plastic. pof

I thought it was for all the wrong reasons when he told me but could not tell him (my imho) and needed to vent... sorry.
I can delete if it bugs you.

I went to the Toronto Motorcycle Power sports show today. Lot's of cool stuff. The Yamaha dealer was telling me that the 50+ year old market was booming but they all want retro looking bikes. From the crowd around the Triumph booth he was probably right.

Hadn't noticed this thread before, seems this one is more used for motorcycles https://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/any-motorcyclists-on-this-forum.14600/

That said, here's mine (yes, just a light e-dirt bike)

I've not ridden my bike (bike #6) in a long while now.

Get my jollies with my glider now.

Much less traffic, no speed limit that I can exceed, can ride without a helmet, can ride with others (that's how the picture came about), and I find it very sporty.
