Noxtak EMF Reduction Technology (?)

Hello everybody, I recently came across this site, mentioned in an article about electromagnetic radiation from hybrid and electric cars.
This looks like a new technology to selectively reduce EMF levels (spikes), with purported health benefits.
They also have a brand, Spiro, with various personal and home products.
Is it crap in your opinion?

A poster on a health forum I sometimes visit claimed that his health improved when he moved his bed away from an electrical outlet on his bedroom wall. This product would be perfect for him. (He didn't seem to understand that there were also electrical cables hidden in the walls, and that moving his bed away from unused outlets might have made his "exposure" even worse!!)
