Fosi Audio V3 + Monitor Audio

I have a pair of floorstanding Monitor Audio RS6 Speakers. My AVR has crapped out on me and since I only have the 2 speakers I went ahead and got the Fosi Audio V3 with the 48V power supply (Per Amir's review).

I shouldn't have any issue pairing those speakers with this Amp and then connecting my TV via RCA, correct?

There is no problem if the TV has an analog audio output.

I have a Panasonic VT60 which only has analog audio for input...it has optical audio out or HDMI.

If I used a digital to analog converter to connect the optical audio and analog cables (Or an HDMI to analog audio converter) would that severely degrade the audio quality? Would one of those options be better?

It is the best option for quality sound from the TV.
