This post is a follow-up of my above post #42.
In Japan, we have another tube-dedicated audio company TRIODE which has its web site in English too.
For your aesthetic enjoyment (8 tubes on top), I recommend their new integrated (and can be switched into pure power amp) tube amplifier EVOLUTION (40W+40W at 8 ohms, 310 VAC on operation, weight 30.0 kg!).
You can see and listen to it on this YouTube clip during 1:12:21 to 1:31:11.
