Is it possible to connect the Hidizs s9 pro from pc with win 10 to integrated amplifier as a stand alone dac? Will The volume be low?

Review: Apple vs Google USB-C Headphone Adapters
I connected the Apple USB-C dac to my laptop (windows 10) and to my Amp. Works great, but the volume output is very low. How can i fix it? Thanks. Roy.
