Have exact same problem with dt770 250 which has similar drivers i guess

Does 79% volume works only for optical line out in cases when g6 uses as dac with other amp? Because most time i noticed some distortion on 100%volume (which sometimes even not enough for me)with my dt 770 250 especially on low frequency
