I recently bought a pair of used Quintets. The treble region sounds a lot more shouty compared to my Xenns UP and Mest MK1, but I think it can be tamed with foam tips. Personally, I still prefer EST over Planar for treble. After wearing the Quintet for 2 hours at the gym, my ear hurts...
