I am running a pair of PA200 to power B&W DM3000 which is known to dip to 6.3ohms. wondering if to upgrade to a pair of PA400 for more...

If in mono bridged mode, what happens if load drops to say 6.3 ohms?

I doubt it is PFFB as FR would be more flat
