Sounds like your USB took a dump. Make sure you don't setup any future unit with anything tugging on the USB input. I killed the one on my DX7 Gen-1 with a tight USB cable that was tugged on one too many times :(
I just don't understand making headphones which cost so much and perform so poorly.... with everything that is on the market... I feel like companies are just doing whatever they want today with no regard for the consumer at all.
