I have it on both ears. It is caused by severe stress for a longer period of time. It is a present 24/7. I don't consider it a big problem.

Tannoy Precision 6.4. The Paradigm's are producing a more detailed, better balanced sound. I can play at much harder volume without getting annoyed by the sound of the speakers.
