Definitely 'lo-fi' - have been listening to audio since dad bought a VM tape deck (with matching stereo speaker) in 1962 - learned to splice tape at 10. Not as technical as I could be, but was an Electronic Switching Systems technician with the Phone Company in the #1/1A ESS era and at one time mistakenly made a Member of the Technical Staff of Bell Laboratories.
