Zorloo Ztella MQA Phone Headphone Adapter Review

I have a ztella MQA version. Do you think it's a bad idea to connect it to an amplifier using a 3.5mm to RCA adapter?

All 3.5mm headphone outputs can be connected to external Amps.

Also, welcome to ASR :)

Looking at other threads, I've read that the problem could be the different impedance between headphones load and line in load. Is there anybody that has tried with ztella and an hifi amplifier (mine is an Harman Kardon)? Anyway, I agree that the easiest way is just try it. :)

Impedance issues come into play when trying to plug headphones directly into a Line out port.

Headphone out into an external Amp on the other hand, is virtually never a problem, as doing so will actually relieve the headphone Amp (less current->less heat->less distortion and crosstalk)

I got both the MQA and the non-MQA versions. Build quality was not up to par. The connector for the 3.5mm headView attachment 66427phone jack came off. The cylindrical metal piece that was glued to the wire dislodged. There were some static issues with sound cutting in and out. Sent emails to support multiple times. Never heard back. Purchase at your own risk.
hi, sorry for digging this up late but i have a unit with same issue, any fix? or i should just give up on this
