My wife and I built this pc.
This looks brilliant. Does anyone know the power output to headphones. Also is it completely silent in operation, low noise floor? Not ultimate hi-fi, but good nevertheless, especially considering the price of ~£25..

great idea butt messy. Leaves salt everywhereA salt shooting gun for dispatching flies and spiders. No batteries needed, just load it up with a bit of salt, cock it and blast away.

Believe it or not, I haven't tried mine yet, so can't comment on performance, but it's now available at ~£14-This looks brilliant. Does anyone know the power output to headphones. Also is it completely silent in operation, low noise floor?
I also bought a new chair because the $300 chair I bought 2 years ago is failing. The seat cushion is compacted and I get shooting pain in my tailbone from it after a couple of hours, the wheels really are bad and so half the time I drag the chair rather than roll it around and the various control levers never have worked so I locked out the features and use it sitting straight up all the time. The new chair is totally overkill for my body weight but it is roomy, has springs in the seat and better foam, it has proper wheels with bearings and I like the color red too. I figure with the very high weight rating it will last longer and provide more support and the reviews all said it is the most comfortable chair the reviewers have used.
This chair has been a total failure and is destined for the landfill like most of the junk we get these days.

Nice pedals, I have several. This week Amazon had a big markdown on these, seemingly out of the blue. Not sure why but also not at all complaining.

200 pound body, 500 pound trauma.700lbs?…..who the hell is that fat/overweight?…….step away from the fridge.
That’s almost 5 times my weight![]()
Hehehe. I was 335 pounds 6 weeks ago and am 297 pounds today. I am being injected with Ozempic for weight loss every Thursday at a expense to me of ~$256 for each 4 weeks of treatment. I cut out all meat except fish, eat fruit and veggies a lot now and a ton of yogurt. Basically I was 185 pounds at 6 feet height till about 7 years ago and then I became too relaxed and sedentary and was eating too much cake, pie, meat, choco bars etc and I gained a lot of weight. But I have a 1 year plan and by this time next year I will be back to about 180-185 pounds and that will solve some medical issues with circulation in my lower legs and I'll feel a lot better.700lbs?…..who the hell is that fat/overweight?…….step away from the fridge.

This all kicked into high gear in recent months. I contacted a nasty virus that caused a nasal and upper lung issue. I was coughing steady non-stop for minutes at a time and had trouble breathing because the coughing was non-stop and if I moved at all or lay in bed the issue became worse. So for about 6 weeks I sat at my desk and slept in the chair at my desk too. So... The blood circulation in my legs was not occurring and the legs filled with blood and became very swollen and hurt like a lot. Felt like pins and needles all the time, reallly itchy too and felt like electricity electrocution was going through them 24 hours a day for weeks. My doctor was renovating the office and so I had a 2 week wait to see him and at 3 am one morning unable to sleep, in a lot of pain and wearing sandals 3 sizes larger than normal and still felt wayyy too tight I went to the emergency at the hospital. Anyway... end result is overweight, sitting too much, blood returning from the legs to the heart is not good flow and the legs pumped up with blood and became swollen. So I had to lay down to enable the blood flow and for my legs to drain and that took about another 6 weeks until I could walk normally, not grimace, wince and make pain noises when I walked and go shopping for more footwear because my foot size was increased. I vowed that I would lose weight so this never happens again and that's the objective now... Lose weight like 150 pounds or so.Well done, I imagine you’ll feel much better and your joints will appreciate it.

I hope you achieve your goal! It's an important one.I have a 1 year plan and by this time next year I will be back to about 180-185 pounds
I have no choice. It is a matter of time when the "congestion" as the Dr referred to my blood circulation in and out of my legs occurs again and the legs swell up, feet get puffy and it hurts like a lot and I can barely walk. So weight loss is a essential must have thing.I hope you achieve your goal! It's an important one.

Ouch!!! What you described is absolutely and horribly a terrible condition to live with day in and day. I feel for you a lot. I had to go walking everyday after the respiratory virus had me in the chair for 6 weeks subsided when the legs where swelled up for 12 weeks and I was groaning, moaning, limping with both legs and people where wondering what the heck was wrong with me. I had to walk because I have arthritis in my hip joints and as long as I get some walking in everyday and get out of the chair from time to time they don't ache. So I had swollen legs, arthritis in my hips acting up and my breathing was really weak and I was wheezing all the time... LoL. I was a mess. I can really appreciate what you described and can feel your pain vividly. Geeech!...Well done that man, bet you feel a helluva lot better physically and mentally, keep it up although don't beat yourself up if you hit a plateau or have a treat now and again, it'll pass and you'll reach your target.
I can sympathise with the feet/ankle/leg swelling up thing as I have similar due to my spms - bloody stupid looking and painful ain"t it?, my lower half doesn't really move of its own accord (left leg totally immobile, right leg very little movement) I suffer from Lymphedema and my feet/ankles/lower calfs can swell up bloody hellish and get really hot/inflamed especially in warm/hot weather so I spend most of my time attempting to elevate them on my recliner with cushions under them so the lymphatic fluid drains, bloody hard to do when I have no ability to lift legs up out the way to place cushions underneath and with weakening arm muscles it's getting harder n' harder to manoeuvre my dead/useless lower limbs.
Doesn't help that I spent all my life cycling so have well developed leg muscles that are permanently in spasm and go into clonus when I attempt to move.
Good luck,.
Bought my last chair from a reseller. There were hundreds of different office chairs available in a large warehouse. Walked around for an hour, tried different models and chose one with only some minor signs of usage for 140 Euro. The manufacturer is located near where I lived some years ago and its products were also provided by my former employer. So I know they are durable in contrast to comparable priced products on amazon.I also bought a new chair because the $300 chair I bought 2 years ago is failing. The seat cushion is compacted and I get shooting pain in my tailbone from it after a couple of hours, the wheels really are bad and so half the time I drag the chair rather than roll it around and the various control levers never have worked so I locked out the features and use it sitting straight up all the time.
