Your album choice at the end of the world?

Played louder than my system or hearing would survive.

Hmm a very tough choice. But yeah, would probably be Dire Straits, Sultans of Swing. Some of it is music, some of it memories embedded in this album which I would want to revisit at the end of days.

The Moody Blues - Days of Future Passed

Given what may transpire later tonight this thread may be very apt,

I saw Ryuichi Sakamoto's Opus in a movie theater.

I saw the Philip Glass ensemble perform Koyaanisqatsi live to a projection of the movie.

Sorry about the autoplay with sound on this link to the full movie free.

A favorite movie by Wim Wenders Until the End of the World is an extended music video set on this theme.

Variation 25 in Bach's Goldberg Variations.

I would second A Love Supreme. There is a radio interview with John Coltrane and musicians who played with him. The famous quote is "running out of notes."

It would have to be this.

Double cd, but only one set.

There are a minuscule number of days I’ve not played at least some of it since it’s release and my immediate grabbing of it.

Extraordinary zest and enthusiasm runs throughout the recording. Top class.
