Yamaha RX-V679 Receiver has no sound

Hi, I have a Yamaha RX-V679 Receiver. Recently there is no sound and I found that it’s because it thinks there are Headphones plugged in but that is not the case.
Refer to photo attached.
I tried cleaning the Headphone socket and plugging headphones in and removing but it’s made any difference.
Any idea how to fix ?
